Over the game you're actually playing.
Blerp HUD sits on top of whatever is on your screen. Here it is over Minecraft, with the same alerts your stream shows.
Mid-build.
A viewer's video meme plays in your alert box while you keep placing blocks.
Mid-fight.
Donation and sound alerts play over your game, and your clicks still go straight through.
Mid-clutch.
Emote walls float up over everything. If they're too much, hide them in the app.
Spooktober on your screen
Jumpscares that make you scream.
A viewer sends a jumpscare. It pops up over your game the moment it plays on stream.
Viewers love Blerp. Now you won't miss a thing.
Let chat throw a tomato, an egg, or a rubber duck at your facecam. See the same hit over your game.

Up and running in a minute.
No links to copy. No settings to hunt for.
Step 1
Download and open.
Blerp HUD installs like any app, then waits in your menu bar or tray.
Step 2
Log in with Blerp.
Finish logging in in your browser. The HUD finds your alerts on its own.
Step 3
Send a test.
A short clip plays over your screen, and only there. Never on your stream.
Then go live, and react to every alert the moment it plays.
Playing fullscreen on Windows or Linux? Use borderless or windowed fullscreen. Exclusive fullscreen can hide overlays like the HUD.
Questions, answered.
What is a monitor overlay?
A see-through window that sits on top of everything on your screen. Blerp HUD uses one to show your Blerp alerts, video memes and emotes over your game, and your clicks go straight through to the game.
What does Blerp HUD show?
Exactly what your Alert Box, Alert and Fullscreen browser sources show in OBS. It keeps up with every new alert style on its own.
Can viewers control my mouse and keyboard?
Yes, with optional Interrupts. In Alerts, add Move Mouse or Press Key from the Interrupts category, then turn on Enable Interrupts in the latest HUD app. You choose the actions and whether viewers can override them. It starts off and works independently of the monitor overlay. Inputs affect the app in front; some games may not accept them.
What permissions do Interrupts need?
On Mac, the HUD guides you through Accessibility permission. Screen recording permission is not needed. Windows uses normal desktop input permissions. On supported Linux desktops, X11 uses your desktop session and Wayland asks you to allow remote control. Check the Interrupts status in the HUD app; Connected on this page only means the HUD is online.
How can I check a key press?
Choose a letter in a Press Key alert, add an alert delay, and send the browser source test from the alert editor. Switch to a text field before the delay ends; the letter should appear there. The editor preview never sends native input, and the HUD's Send a test button plays a visual clip. Disable Interrupts in the app or use Control+Shift+F12 to stop input.
Will my viewers see the HUD?
No, it only draws on your screen. The one exception: if an OBS scene captures your whole screen, it picks up the HUD too. Hide the Blerp browser source in that scene and turn off Visuals only (no audio), so alerts show once, with sound.
Do jumpscares show up on my screen?
Yes. A jumpscare a viewer sends plays on your stream and pops up over your game at the same moment, so you see it when chat does.
Will I hear alerts from the HUD?
Not at first. Visuals only (no audio) starts on, so the HUD stays quiet and your stream sounds the same. Turn it off under Advanced to hear them, unless OBS captures your desktop audio: then viewers would hear alerts twice.
Does it work with fullscreen games?
On a Mac, yes: it floats over fullscreen games. On Windows and Linux, set your game to Borderless or Windowed fullscreen. Exclusive fullscreen can hide overlays like the HUD.
Can I move where alerts show up?
Yes. In the app, open Advanced and drag Alert Box to move alerts, or a corner to resize them. You can hide Fullscreen (emotes and fullscreen videos) there too. With more than one monitor, pick one under Display.
Where does it go when I close it?
To your menu bar or tray, and your alerts keep coming. Turn on Start with my computer under Advanced, and it's ready whenever you go live.
Is there a Linux version?
Yes, in beta. It's built for X11 and Wayland desktops. On Steam Deck, use desktop mode.
